I came to look for an apartment for my niece and nephew. The first thing i noticed is how clean the property is. Amanda the manager was very welcoming and provided me with the information I asked. THANK YOU, AMANDA YOU ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Good customer service is hard to find these day and you ma'am went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Ive lived here for a few years and all I have to say is Amanda is a treasure!!! Hold on to her. She goes above and beyond for the residents. She helped me get financial assistance when I needed it and even helped me find a job. Yes some of the tenants can be loud and she does a wonderful job of keeping the community as peaceful as she can. My dog even loves her. If Amanda is near my apartment, she will whine until she gets to go say hi to her.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and it’s been pleasant. Management has always been helpful. They conduct apartment inspections a handful of times each year so they stay up-to-date on the condition of the buildings and their facilities. Maintenance has helped replace my deadbolt the same day I reported it jamming. They’ve also done renovations on the interior of my apartment building in particular, including new paint in the hallways and re-carpeting the stairs. Recently the entire facility had their parking lot renovated. Management and staff were kind enough to circulate several fliers detailing what work would be done on what dates, and where to relocate vehicles. They were also kind enough to include maps as well as a Spanish translation for bilingual residents. I’m not sure if it’s mentioned elsewhere, but the complex does have a fairly sizeable fenced-in area for people to take their dogs to socialize/use the bathroom.

Amanda took me on a tour and was very thorough, kind, and made me feel confident in choosing Emory apartments. Lovely staff.
